Welcome to Delta Gamma, Delta-Eta chapter at Sacramento State! Delta Gamma is an organization designed to uplift and encourage young women to strive for their goals and achieve their dreams. Our Delta Gamma chapter prides itself in fostering high ideals of friendship among women, promoting educational and cultural interests, creating a true sense of social responsibility and developing in them the best qualities of character.
Through hands on experiences with our philanthropy Service for Sight, we support and stand for the blind and visually impaired community. We find comfort in upholding ourselves to our motto “Do Good.” We love to engage and challenge our sisters to improve themselves, others, our campus, and our society as a whole.
Delta Gamma women in our chapter represent strength, unity, growth, and leadership. We create an environment for which we embrace each others diversity, versatility, and individualism. Through your time in Delta Gamma you develop into the best possible version of yourself achieved through unique opportunities, from access to rewarding community service, specific Delta Gamma scholarships, enriching leadership positions, and a once in a lifetime sisterhood.
Through my time in Delta Gamma I have grown lengths and bounds into a strong and independent leader, sister, and woman. I feel so overjoyed to share a brief glance of our amazing chapter to you, in hopes you will embark on your own Delta Gamma journey.
